The gallery is currently hosting an artists' residency with Rob Flint and open only by arrangement. More information about the public elements to this project will be announced soon.
(Our usual gallery opening hours during exhibitions are Wednesday - Saturday 12noon - 5pm or by appointment. We will revert to these hours soon.)
how to find us
We are located directly opposite Nottingham Contemporary, by the Weekday Cross itself, behind the Red Door gift shop.
Please join our mailing list to be kept up to date with future projects and exhibitions.
We would like to acknowledge the support and mentorship from the following individuals and companies:
Nottingham Contemporary, Nottingham Trent University, Antenna Media Centre, CQ, cpmg architects, Aesop, John E Wrights, The National Trust, Ian Robinson, Joy and Wolfgang Buttress, The Syson Family, John and Marina Firth, Ceri Hand, Alex Farquarharson, Martin Knox, Ann Priest (and others who know who they are and how grateful we are - but don't wish to be mentioned.)
19 Weekday Cross
There is no on street parking at Weekday Cross and limited vehicle access. We can however, recommend the nearby Lacemarket Car Park on Fletcher Gate. You can download Nottingham Contemporary's Park Smart map of the city here too.
The Lace Market Tram Stop is 2 minutes away on Fletcher Gate, and we are a short five minutes walk from Nottingham Railway Station and most NCT bus routes. Syson is located down an alley way where it is safe to leave bikes for short periods of time whilst visiting the gallery.
